Installation & Deployment Policy
Last Updated: October 2026 | Walletmix Limited
1. Scope of Installation Services
Walletmix Limited provides professional engineering deployment services for commercial energy systems, solar rooftop arrays, high-voltage battery storage, and enterprise communication antenna infrastructure. Field installations are executed strictly by qualified electrical engineers or certified technical partner teams.
2. Site Readiness & Customer Prerequisites
Prior to engineer dispatch, the client facility must meet essential engineering requirements:
- Dedicated Electrical Grounding: Low-resistance dedicated earthing pit (≤ 5 Ohms) for DC solar systems and radio mast lightning dissipation.
- Surge Protection & Switchgear: Adequate space on the AC distribution board for dedicated miniature circuit breakers (MCBs) and type-2 surge protection devices (SPDs).
- Ventilation & Clearances: Ambient temperature-controlled or well-ventilated dry space with required perimeter clearance for high-capacity LiFePO4 battery modules.
- Physical Access: Unobstructed roof access, cable tray pathways, and required building security clearance during scheduled work hours.
3. Commissioning & Acceptance Sign-Off
Following physical installation and wiring terminations, our engineering team conducts a structured commissioning protocol:
Cold Verification
Insulation resistance testing, polarity continuity, open-circuit voltage verification, and torque checking on all DC/AC busbars.
Live Load Commissioning
Live grid-sync testing, simulated outage switchover delay verification, battery charge/discharge telemetry, and formal client handover sign-off.
4. Safety & Non-Compliance Protocol
If our engineers discover hazardous existing wiring, unsafe rooftop structural conditions, or inadequate earthing that jeopardizes equipment lifespan or human safety, installation will be paused until remediation steps are agreed upon. Walletmix will not bypass safety protection or connect systems in violation of standard electrical safety codes.
5. Schedule an Engineering Site Survey
