1. Delivery Coverage & Logistics Partners
Walletmix Limited delivers products across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. We partner with reliable, tracked courier networks (including Steadfast, Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, and RedX) for standard parcels, and maintain dedicated freight logistics for heavy industrial hardware such as high-capacity LiFePO4 batteries, commercial solar inverters, and server equipment.
2. Standard Delivery Timelines
Inside Dhaka Metro
24 to 48 business hours from order verification. Same-day express courier dispatch available upon priority request.
Outside Dhaka Metro
3 to 5 business days depending on district headquarters vs upazila destination and courier regional hub schedules.
3. Heavy Hardware & Battery Freight Protocol
Portable power stations, rack-mounted LiFePO4 batteries, and heavy solar inverters require specialized transport precautions due to weight and chemical cell safety standards:
- All battery systems travel in factory-cushioned UN-certified shipping cartons with terminal protection.
- Consignments exceeding 35 kg require designated offloading support or tailgate delivery coordination.
- Customers must inspect external pallet seals and crate integrity prior to signing consignment notes.
4. Package Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers or authorized representatives are required to inspect package exteriors in the presence of the delivery agent. If severe transit damage, crushed packaging, or broken factory security seals are observed, photograph the condition immediately, record the observation on the delivery slip, and contact our support desk before accepting the parcel.
