Special Order & Procurement Policy

Last Updated: October 2026 | Walletmix Limited

1. What Constitutes a Special Order?

Special orders apply to enterprise equipment and custom configurations outside standard warehouse inventory. This includes megawatt-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), high-output DMR repeater stations, custom telecommunications masts, specialized DC distribution cabinets, and customized enterprise software builds.

2. Advance Payment & Milestone Billing

To secure factory manufacturing slots and international freight allocations, special procurement orders follow formal milestone schedules:

  • Initial Commitment Deposit: 30% to 50% upon formal Purchase Order (PO) execution and signed technical specification sheet.
  • Pre-Shipment Milestone: 30% upon factory acceptance testing (FAT) completion and bill of lading (BL) generation.
  • Delivery & Commissioning Balance: Remaining balance due upon customs clearance, delivery to site, or commissioning sign-off.

3. Lead Times & Customs Regulatory Clearance

Estimated lead times are communicated in commercial quotations and vary from 3 to 8 weeks depending on whether items travel by air freight or maritime cargo. Delivery schedules are subject to port terminal clearance, customs inspection, and BTRC/BSTI regulatory verification. Walletmix actively provides milestone tracking updates throughout transit.
